Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using InnTable. By creating an account or using the InnTable app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
InnTable is a mobile application that helps travellers communicate their dietary requirements to hotels. The app generates personalised letters based on your dietary profile and sends them, on your behalf, to your chosen hotel’s food and beverage team. Hotels then reply directly to you at the email address you registered with.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use InnTable. By using InnTable, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@inntable.com.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
InnTable offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free accounts are limited to 3 hotel letter sends per month. Paid “Pro” subscriptions unlock additional features and usage.
All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Available plans:
- Monthly Pro — $4.99/month — billed monthly, auto-renews each month
- Founding Annual — $19.99/year — billed annually, auto-renews each year
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use InnTable only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your dietary profile
- Use InnTable to send unsolicited commercial communications to hotels
- Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or access controls
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of InnTable
6. Medical Disclaimer
InnTable is designed for dietary preferences, lifestyle choices, and general food restrictions — not for the management of medical conditions or life-threatening allergies.
The letters generated by InnTable are communication aids, not medical or legal documents. InnTable does not guarantee that any hotel will accommodate your dietary requirements. If you have a life-threatening allergy or a medically managed dietary condition, please speak directly with the hotel’s kitchen management — do not rely solely on an InnTable-generated letter.
7. AI-Generated Content
InnTable uses artificial intelligence to generate hotel letters and dietary communications. You are responsible for reviewing the generated letter before sending it to a hotel and for ensuring it accurately reflects your requirements.
8. Hotel Information
InnTable uses AI to locate contact information for hotels. While we take reasonable steps to verify hotel contact details, we cannot guarantee that hotel contact information is current or accurate. InnTable is not responsible for hotel non-responses or for hotels that fail to accommodate dietary requests.
9. Intellectual Property
InnTable and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tony Baker and protected by intellectual property laws. The InnTable name, logo, and brand elements may not be used without prior written permission. Letters generated using your own dietary profile data that you send to hotels are yours to use freely.
10. Privacy
Your use of InnTable is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InnTable and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. InnTable’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to InnTable in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimers
InnTable is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the accuracy or completeness of any information generated by the service is guaranteed.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of InnTable after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
